Cancellation Policy

At Zahrat, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. We aim to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:


1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at care@zahrat.store with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • If the order has not been dispatched, we will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


2. Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, as per our Returns and Refund Policy.


3. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders for custom-made or made-to-order items (including any customization requests) cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Products purchased during special sales, festive promotions, or clearance events are non-cancellable.


4. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • For prepaid orders canceled within the eligible timeframe, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
