Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Zahrat, we strive to offer our customers a seamless shopping experience, from order placement to delivery. Please read our shipping and delivery policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Domestic Shipping

Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹3,000.

A flat shipping fee of ₹300 will be applied on orders below ₹3,000.

All domestic orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Times:
Delivery for domestic orders generally takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Cash on Delivery (COD):

COD is available only for orders within India.

COD is applicable only on orders up to ₹9,000.

For orders above ₹9,000, please select a secure prepaid payment method at checkout.

COD orders will be processed after payment is made to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
2. International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the weight of the order.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times for international orders vary by country and generally range from 7–15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
3. Return and Exchange Process
We aim to provide a hassle-free return and exchange experience. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for detailed terms.
Domestic Returns:
We offer free returns for all domestic customers.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at care@zahrat.store within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free pick-up through our courier partner.
International Returns:
For international customers, you are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, Zahrat will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will cover return shipping charges at no cost to you and provide you with a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or made-to-order products

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Sarees with the blouse piece cut or damaged

Products with unattached original tags, missing tags, or without the original packaging (including box, bags, etc.)
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
