Returns and Refund Policy

At Zahrat, we are committed to offering our valued customers an easy and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the details below:

1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Sarees must be returned with the blouse piece uncut. Returns will not be accepted if the blouse piece has been cut or damaged.
Custom or made-to-order items, as well as products purchased during sales or clearance, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Contact us at care@zahrat.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief explanation for the return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.

3. Return Process

Domestic Returns (India): We offer free returns for domestic customers. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a free pick-up through our courier partner. You will not incur any shipping charges for the return of eligible items.
International Returns: For international orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Items must be securely packed in their original packaging to avoid damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure they are safely delivered to us.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued as store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
For defective or damaged items, a full refund will be processed, including return shipping charges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please include the following in your email:

Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item
Your order number
A description of the damage or defect

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping charges and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or made-to-order products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Sarees with the blouse piece cut or damaged
Products with unattached or missing original tags, or without original packaging (box, bags, etc.)

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders within India.
COD is applicable only for orders up to ₹9,000.
For orders above ₹9,000, please choose a secure prepaid payment option at checkout.
Refunds for COD orders, if eligible, will be processed as store credit.

8. International Returns

Return shipping charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Any custom duties or taxes incurred on international returns will not be refunded.
If a defective or damaged item is returned, we will cover the return shipping charges.
