These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, zahrat.store ("Website"), and all content, services, and products available through it.
The Website is owned and operated by Zahrat Fashion and Lifestyle ("Zahrat").

By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by these Terms and our policies (including without limitation, Zahrat’s Privacy Policy) that may be published from time to time.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access the Website or use any services.

1. Your Zahrat Account

If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
You must notify Zahrat immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.
Zahrat will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including damages arising from your failure to maintain account security.

2. Responsibility of Contributors

If you comment on a product, post material, post links, or otherwise make material available through the Website ("Content"), you are entirely responsible for the content and any harm resulting from that content.
This responsibility applies whether the Content constitutes text, graphics, audio, video, or software.

3. Products, Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All products listed are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
We accept payments via secure third-party gateways.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available only for orders within India and is subject to confirmation. Zahrat reserves the right to refuse COD in certain cases. Orders paid via COD must be accepted and paid in full at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept COD delivery may result in restriction of COD facility for future orders.

Errors in pricing or product description may be corrected, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

Payment and Subscription (if applicable):
By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Zahrat the specified one-time or subscription fees.
Subscription services (if any) are billed on a pre-paid basis and auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic orders above ₹3000 enjoy free shipping. Orders below ₹3000 incur a ₹300 shipping fee.
We also offer free returns for domestic customers.

International shipping is available, with return shipping charges applicable for international customers except for defective items.
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary by location.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We offer easy returns for domestic customers and chargeable returns for international customers, except in cases of defective products.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in original condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Products without original tags, damaged packaging, or customized pieces are non-refundable.

Sarees must have the blouse piece uncut to be eligible for a return.

For damaged or defective items, return shipping is free, and you may opt for a replacement or a full refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been dispatched.
Custom-made and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once confirmed.
COD orders must also be canceled within 24 hours.

7. Intellectual Property

This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property from Zahrat to you.
All rights, title, and interest in and to such property will remain solely with Zahrat.
The Zahrat name, logo, and all other trademarks and logos used in connection with the Website are the property of Zahrat or its licensors.
You must not use any Zahrat or third-party trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Zahrat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms.
It is your responsibility to check periodically for updates.
Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Termination

Zahrat may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause or notice.
If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Zahrat account, you may simply discontinue using the Website.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided "as is."
Zahrat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Zahrat or its suppliers or licensors be liable for:

Any special, incidental, or consequential damages,
Costs for substitute products or services,
Loss or corruption of data.

12. General Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

Your use of the Website complies with this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws and regulations.
Your use does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
