1. Shipping

Complimentary Shipping on All Orders Across India & Worldwide

At Zahrat, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India and international destinations.

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Please note: Orders with Custom Stitching / Tailored Fit require an additional 7 business days for preparation and dispatch.

 

Delivery Timelines

India: Typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

International: Typically delivered within 7–30 business days, depending on your destination country and customs processing timelines.

 

Delivery timelines may vary during peak festive and wedding seasons, public holidays, remote service areas, or due to customs and carrier-related delays.


2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only within India.

  • Applicable on orders up to ₹9,000.

  • Orders above ₹9,000 must be prepaid using a secure online payment method.

  • Payment must be made directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

 

Zahrat reserves the right to confirm COD orders before dispatch.


3. Return and Exchange Process

We aim to provide a hassle-free return and exchange experience. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for detailed terms.

 

Domestic Returns:

We offer complimentary returns within India to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at care@zahrat.store   within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will promptly arrange a free pick-up through our courier partner.

 

We recommend reaching out to us at the earliest so we can assist you smoothly.

 

International Returns:

At Zahrat, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted for life’s most special moments. We truly want you to cherish and love your purchase.

International orders are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, Zahrat will fully cover the return shipping cost.

 

Given the handcrafted and occasion-focused nature of our garments, we strongly encourage customers to connect with our team on WhatsApp before placing an order. We provide personalized sizing guidance, styling support, fabric previews, and detailed assistance to help you make a confident and informed decision.

 

Our goal is not just delivery — but delight.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos for verification.

Once approved:

  • We will cover return shipping at no cost to you.

  • You may choose between a replacement or a full refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Sarees with the blouse piece cut or altered

  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or in used condition


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this to monitor your shipment status in real time.
